One in six visitors heading straight for a table.
Vivami Bistro & Bar sits on Tourist Street in Qawra, surrounded by competition. We built how people find it and book it: an optimised Google Business Profile feeding a custom website, with the menu up front and a reservation one tap away.

People on the booking page in a single month
Great reviews. Nowhere to send the searchers.
A 4.8 star rating on Google meant people liked Vivami once they were through the door. Getting them there was harder. On a street full of bars and restaurants, someone searching for dinner nearby needed to see the food, trust the place and book, all in a few seconds on their phone.
Many of those searchers are visitors to Malta, planning where to eat before they arrive. The goal was to win that search and turn it into a table.
One funnel, from search to seat.

Get found on Google
We optimised the Google Business Profile and matched it detail for detail with the website, so Vivami shows up properly when people search for somewhere to eat in Qawra and St Paul's Bay, and the path to the site is obvious.
A website built to convert
A warm, atmospheric site designed around two actions, read the menu and book a table. The menu is managed by the team themselves, so it is always current, and the booking button is always within reach on mobile.
Bookings in two taps
The reservations page asks for when and how many, then opens WhatsApp with the request ready to send. No forms disappearing into an inbox, just a direct conversation with the bistro.
Searches in, tables booked.
A month of analytics shows the funnel doing exactly what it was built to do. Google sends the traffic, the menu does the selling, and one in six visitors heads for the booking page.

Google is the front door, sending over 15 times more visitors than social media and every other site combined.
Two in three visitors opened the menu and one in six went on to the reservations page, people are deciding where to eat, not just browsing.
